The efficiently automated (HR) operations start by sifting through CVs and filtering questions, then conducting an aptitude test with personality assessment and administering a situational case study before handing over a pool of shortlisted candidates to the HR team. This cluster of candidates is then ready to be reviewed and recruited by hiring managers through video interviews and online assessments, resulting in top-tier hiring decisions.

In addition to Socialise, recruiters can also make use of the Analyse and Harmonise suites –Analyse to screen videos, administer online assessments, and conduct live and recorded video interviewing; Harmonise to automate work processes for an engaging new-employee-onboarding program.
Thanks to Peoplise’s integrated platform, Ford designed a company-specific case study to assess key client competencies. The process included focus groups and a detailed norm study to ensure that the case study and the chatbot interface provided life-like scenarios with reliable results. The case study, conducted entirely online, was tested on a group of 50 candidates to calibrate the chatbot’s ML ability. A special video was prepared to instruct candidates on the study and to teach them how to use the chatbot interaction screen.
With its perfected ATS up and running, Peoplise is now building a ‘talent profile’ to shortcut the talent acquisition process. “We are working on helping companies utilize the key characteristics they are looking for in talent, like competence or experience levels, to scour through millions of candidates on databases,” says Guney, on what the future holds for Peoplise.“The automated flows will then be able to shortlist candidate profiles that match the given criteria for a faster, more efficient sourcing process.”
