Employee engagement is a top initiative in today’s businesses, and employers are turning towards solutions and tools that can increase employee retention, education, and satisfaction. With benefit options becoming increasingly complex, employers are also utilizing these tools to help employees better understand and leverage their benefits packages. Greg Hodges, the Co-CEO of Hodges-Mace says, “Businesses need to help employees connect the dots if they want to optimize their investment in benefits.”
With its solution, Hodges-Mace has simplified the employee engagement process and as a part of the mission to educate the employers, the firm's two top employees will speak during the Workplace Benefits Renaissance 2019 Conference in Nashville, TN, at The Omni Nashville, February 20-22.
John Chase, Executive Sponsor and Senior Vice President of Hodges-Mace and Omni Hotels Director of Benefits, Darrell Hart, (a client of Hodges-Mace) will together deliver a morning keynote address on “Benefits in Motion: A Living Case Study on Omni Hotels.” The entire session will highlight their multi-year strategy for achieving excellence in benefits enrollment and engagement of a diverse employee base. Megan Runci, the Senior Sales Consultant at Hodges-Mace, will present her views on the “EBA Rising Stars: Our Future Leaders.” She was named as the Top Sales Rep of the Month six times as she generated more than $2.6 million in new revenue. “Benefits are the single largest expense for employees each year (outside of buying a home or a car) so providing one on one support to assist employees in making the best decisions for them and their family remains a top priority for brokers, clients, and their employees,” says Megan.
