SAN FRANCISCO, - Deputy,
a leading global software platform for managing hourly workers, today announced the appointment of two new members to its Senior Leadership Team with the additions of Katrina Holt as Chief Customer Officer and Jon Wilson as SVP, Head of the EMEA region. Adding these distinguished leaders marks a significant step in Deputy's global growth plans in the United States and Europe.
With a vast background in financial services and technology, Holt brings a wealth of experience in operations, compliance, high-growth leadership, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction to her new position. Over the course of her career spanning more than 20 years, Holt has acquired valuable expertise in these areas. Prior to joining Deputy, she held the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at Affirm Inc., a fintech company based in San Francisco. In this capacity, Holt successfully led a global customer support network consisting of over 800 associates. Her contributions were pivotal in scaling customer and merchant support operations to meet the demands of more than 13 million consumers and 200,000+ merchants. Holt's previous experience as the Chief Compliance Officer at GE Capital further strengthens her ability to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize operations, and drive market growth at Deputy.

As Deputy continues its global expansion, it is pleased to welcome Wilson as a valuable addition to its Senior Leadership Team. Wilson brings with him extensive international business experience spanning several decades, and he will assume the role of Senior Vice President and Head of the EMEA region at Deputy. In his most recent position, Wilson served as the CEO of Stepstone Atlantic, a well-known global platform for jobs and recruiting. Prior to that, he held the position of General Manager at Groupon, where he successfully oversaw operations in Northern Europe. Wilson's appointment at Deputy is of great significance as he will play a crucial role in leading and expanding the company's operations and driving its growth in the EMEA region.

Holt will be based in Salt Lake City, and Wilson will be in London.
