TORONTO - Achievers, the industry leading employee experience platform, today celebrates its growth in employee recognition and belonging in 2023. Powered by leading HR industry strategic partnerships and alliances, research and thought leadership from the Achievers Workforce Institute (AWI), and the hiring of veteran executives in the field, Achievers received several industry accolades in 2023 recognizing these achievements.
Achievers proudly announced its top-ranking positions in various assessments and customer satisfaction ratings, solidifying its standing in the HR technology and employee recognition space. In Everest Group's Rewards and Recognition (R&R) Solutions PEAK Matrix® assessment, Achievers secured the number one position in vision and capability out of 26 evaluated vendors. Simultaneously, Achievers achieved the top spot in the breadth-of-service category according to HRO Today's 2023 "Baker's Dozen" Customer Satisfaction Ratings, based on independent feedback from verified recognition customers and buyers. The company also received commendation in G2's Regional Grid® Reports for exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.
Achievers' commitment to fostering people-centric cultures earned recognition through various accolades. In the fall HR technology awards program by Brandon Hall Group, Achievers and its customer Bon Secours Mercy Health were honored as Silver winners for Best Advance in Rewards and Recognition Technology. Additionally, Achievers received nine awards from Great Place to Work® Canada throughout 2023 for its dedication to mental wellness, inclusivity, technology, and more. The company earned over 25 awards during the year for its culture and its employee experience platform.
Achievers' CEO, Jeff Cates, emphasized the company's focus on evolving to meet the changing needs of employees and the HR landscape. He highlighted the importance of partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft and Workday in enhancing data-driven recognition and a sense of belonging for employees. As a certified Workday Innovation Partner, Achievers expanded key integrations to further elevate the employee experience.
AWI (Achievers Workforce Institute) played a pivotal role in providing business and HR leaders with workforce science reports in 2023, including the Manager Effectiveness Report, HR Preparedness Report, and Engagement and Retention Report. Notable findings from the data include HR leaders supporting 4-day workweeks, the impact of feeling recognized on salary expectations, and the positive influence of unlimited vacation on a sense of belonging.
Achievers' commitment to employee appreciation, community building, and wellness was evident in its initiatives, including a give-back program during Employee Appreciation Week. The company made charitable donations to employees' chosen causes and supported local nonprofits through companywide volunteering. Achievers also prioritized employee wellness through wellness challenges and additional paid "recharge days" off.
In terms of leadership additions, Achievers welcomed veteran executives to its team in 2023, including Beth Thornton as Chief Revenue Officer, Larry Vertin as Chief Financial Officer, Matthew Tremmaglia as Chief Customer Officer, and Chris Fudge as Chief Marketing Officer. These appointments reflect Achievers' strategic focus on strengthening its leadership team with experienced professionals from diverse technology backgrounds.
