FREMONT, CA : A Predictive Index (PI) evaluation enables recruiters and hiring managers to assess a potential employee's cognitive abilities, personality traits, and behavioral tendencies. An employer may ask to complete this type of assessment when they apply for a new job to determine how well their personality and habits correspond with those supporting the success of their desired role. People who struggle with patience benefit greatly from having a workplace that offers a diversity of tasks, although they typically work more quickly for shorter periods. People who score highly on formality tend to be detail-oriented and self-disciplined, and they appreciate having clear, organized expectations. People with lower formality scores value spontaneity and informality and prefer a degree of freedom without stringent rules and controls in the workplace.
