Meridian Global includes expanded compliance and e-signature support that allows all customers to capture over 50 learner and administrative actions with e-signature and optional logging of administrative training record updates. Further, the presence of a validation toolkit in product provides a complete set of documentation and templates to assist organizations with their FDA validation processes. On top of that, the Meridian Global also highlights some additional features like decentralized section administration and email personalization improvements. “These capabilities allow our clients to deliver a complete, branded learning experience to any audience, internal or external, regardless of the location,” explains Kristick.

To illustrate an instance, Johnson Controls, a global multi-industrial company, needed a robust enterprise LMS to support existing and future business goals, including multilingual and e-commerce support. Using Meridian Global LMS, Johnson Controls could easily manage and offer training courses to its Building Efficiency customers, dealers, and distributors throughout the U.S. and Canada, resulting in significant revenue. The client could also dynamically schedule and manage the registration, participation, and accreditations for 32 instructor-led class room courses offered at dozens of locations across the U.S. and Canada.
