At any time, employees can engage one-on-one with Pathwise Group’s financial advisors and talk about their evolving needs and possible solutions that fit their life plan.

Additionally, Pathwise Group is the only company with a financial wellness platform that integrates with the client’s benefits administration system for ease of access and use for the employee. It is a solution that doesn’t add any workload to billing or payroll for the employer and can be individually handled by employees. The Pathwise Group platform helps employers deliver more benefits and better financial wellness to their employees.

“Our proprietary assessment tool analyzes each person’s financial health, provides specific products to fill the gaps–even connect them with the personal financial advisor,” Brown added.
