“Our proprietary assessment tool analyzes each person’s financial health, provides specific products to fill the gaps–even connect them with the personal financial advisor,” Brown added.
Pathwise Group provides HR and benefit consultant insights into what the employees are dealing with, and, in turn, they craft a benefits package tailored to suit the worker’s needs. Pathwise Group’s advisors then support and educate them on any changes. As Brown says, “Technology is powerful, but a human component adds so much value by tying it all together for the employee.”
