Firstbird, headquartered in Vienna, Austria, provides a comprehensive software solution to digitize and streamline employee referrals. Firstbird's acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
This strategic acquisition brings together Firstbird's cutting-edge referral technology and Radancy's unified talent acquisition platform. They will collaborate to provide global clients with improved touchpoints throughout the candidate journey, connecting people to careers and companies with qualified candidates to solve their most critical talent acquisition challenges.
