FREMONT, CA: Limeade announced new partnership with Microsoft Viva, an employee experience platform that combines communications, information, learning, resources, and insights.Limeade science-based wellbeing content and activities are integrated directly into the workflow and Microsoft Viva Connections due to this cooperation, providing peers, supervisors, and leaders with the tools and resources they need to care for themselves and each other.

Limeade tailored activities such as workout challenges, manager assistance toolkits, workplace inclusion lectures, social connections, and more will now be available to Microsoft Viva customers.

According to Microsoft's Work Trend Index for 2021, one out of every five global survey respondents believes their company is unconcerned about their work-life balance. However, Overwork is a problem for 54 percent of people, and exhaustion is a problem for 39 percent, indicating a need for more excellent wellbeing resources. Users will get better equipped to prioritize wellbeing from their mobile phones and computers thanks to the addition of care to the Microsoft Viva platform.The employee who feels cared by their employer are four times less likely to suffer from burnout and stress, two times more likely to be engaged at work, and nine times more likely to stay at the company for three or more years Limeade Institute research.
