A study by Accenture on this whole-brain approach has noticed that most of the leadership strategies designed tend to ignore the right brain skills. The need to include a humanitarian approach is mostly underestimated. Merely 8 percent of enterprises combine these with technology into their leadership objectives. However, as more and more firms have realized the full potential of embracing a humanitarian approach, it is estimated that around 82 percent of enterprises are likely to adopt them.
