This strategic development occurs as Hitachi shifts its focus more than ever onto the Social Innovation Business, which includes infrastructure systems, information and telecommunication systems, power systems, construction machinery and others.
The alliance provides Hitachi the ‘Lanteria HR’ solution for SharePoint and Office 365 with hire-to-retire lifecycle. It boosts the efficiency of the business by streamlining the HRM processes.

Lanteria has also updated its HRM solution to version 4.3.12 appending a couple of new features like, predefined workflows for extra days, business trips, absences and others; access to assign an employee as an Acting Person; Application History added to employees card including applied vacancies and interviews conducted; and the ability to see advanced absence type details over an accrual period (frequency, allowance, leaves availed and leaves available).
