GSoft reveals rebranding to Wokleap to continue its growth after securing an investment of CA$125 million.
FREMONT, CA: "We started as three 20-year-olds who created an IT services company in a small apartment in Quebec. Since then, we've grown Workleap to more than 400 employees with a singular focus on creating simple-to-use products that elevate the work experience and drive business performance," said Simon De Baene, co-founder and CEO of Workleap. "Any business leader will tell you the past few years have been some of the most challenging when it comes to creating a quality employee experience. Workplaces need a software update to bring their full team together and create a unified experience, and Workleap can do that."
GSoft, One of the leaders in employee experience solutions, reveals its rebranding strategy by renaming itself Workleap. Workleap secured a CA$125 million investment from CDPQ, enabling them to support growth through strategic acquisitions and solidifying their position as a long-term partner for businesses in the digitally connected workforce. GSoft, now Workleap, has experienced remarkable growth, highlighted by the success of Softstart and Talentscope. Softstart revolutionizes employee onboarding, creating an efficient and vibrant experience, while Talentscope empowers teams to map skills, develop talents, and foster engaging and productive workplaces. Workleap expanded its portfolio by acquiring Didacte, a learning management system dedicated to employee training. This rebranding reflects their commitment to expanding and unifying their software products, delivering enhanced customer value.
