Fremont, CA: Goodwill Industries International (GII), the largest workforce provider in North America, has declared the hiring of Dru Rai as the organization's new chief information officer (CIO). Rai, who has held leadership roles at several high-profile companies, including Fortune 500 companies, brings approximately 30 years of enterprise-wide digital innovation as well as IT leadership experience to Goodwill.
Rai will play an important role in helping to advance GII's strategic plan, which will heavily utilize expanded digital foundations, and tap into his expertise in implementing change management strategies, deploying digital centers of excellence, and using data insights for transformation. As CIO, Rai will be a significant partner to Goodwill community-based, nonprofit organizations and will be responsible for deploying business applications, improving the business intelligence strategy, and enhancing the technology infrastructure.
