FrontStream and MoveSpring Team Up to Raise Funds for American Cancer Society, the Fit2Be Cancer Free Challenge

The Fit2Be Cancer Free mobile app, created by MoveSpring and powered by FrontStream's secure donation technology, syncs with leading fitness trackers and smartphones, enabling real-time activity tracking to drive participant engagement

FREMONT, CA: FrontStream, the leading provider of a complete suite of products that empower registered nonprofit organizations and socially responsible corporations to raise more funds securely and easily for causes that effect positive change, and MoveSpring, an industry leader in employee health and wellness solutions, are joining hands to support corporate giving and drive donations toward the fight against cancer.

FrontStream and MoveSpring teamed up to create an intuitive mobile application experience to power the American Cancer Society's virtual fitness fundraising campaign, the Fit2Be Cancer Free Challenge. The virtual event will take place on July 16 through August 6, 2020, and invites CEOs and their employees at organizations across the U.S. to participate in a company-wide step challenge to support and raise funds for cancer awareness and prevention. With notable registered organizations, including Deloitte, Best Buy, and McKesson Corporation, the virtual Fit2Be Cancer Free Challenge is expected to attract nearly half a million participants.

After a company registers for the event, employees can download the MoveSpring mobile app from the Google Play or App Store and create an account. Within the app, participants can compete together in a virtual race that takes them through the history of cancer, unlock fun surprises, engage with educational content on cancer prevention and connect with a supportive community, all while raising money for the cause.
