You may also need to include a testing period to ensure that you can continue to produce a high-quality product with the new ingredients.
Professional Development
Learning is an essential part of any industry, and it is always advantageous to broaden your team's industry knowledge. Personal development objectives can be built around attending a certain number of development events per year, even if it is just one at first. Another common goal for professionals is to publish a paper or finish a continuing education course each year.
Productivity
A sales manager's short-term productivity goal might be to call 150 leads in one week. A long-term performance goal sample could be boarding 500 new leads per year.
