NPS, or Net Promoter Score, is a critical indicator for assessing brand experience. With a one-question survey, NPS assesses the chance of employees, customers, or anyone recommending your firm to others.
How does it work?
HR directors can use Cooleaf's Manager Dashboard to access the eNPS survey tool. Managers can view the results, get reports, and track trends over time once the survey has been deployed. It takes only a few seconds to set up the survey, examines the questions, and choose the poll duration. Teams can also choose to reward Cooleaf Reward Points for anonymous survey completion to increase their survey participation score.
