OSLO - 4human har inngått en eksklusiv avtale med Sysarb, som leverer løsninger for lønnskartlegging for å sikre virksomheter med å skape likeverdig og rettferdig arbeidsplasser. Målet med samarbeidet er å gjøre det enklere å finne systematiske lønnsforskjeller mellom menn og kvinner, og å gi de ansatte rett til informasjon om de behandles likestilt eller ikke med sine kolleger i samme konsern/virksomhet.

The collaboration was launched during the Visma Tech Festival hosted by Visma, during a presentation by 4human & Sysarb on the new EU directive, the "EU Pay Transparency Directive," which focused on the topic of salary transparency. One of the key requirements of the directive is to provide employees with the right to information about whether they are treated equitably compared to their colleagues within the same organization, as well as tools to assert their right to fair pay. All EU businesses are mandated to implement this by June 2026.

Implementing measures for the EU directive for a seamless transition

Everyone involved in HR and management will be impacted by the directive in the coming years. Initiating plans to ensure a smooth transition is crucial.
