After completion, individuals benefit from practical takeaways, which can be implemented to help themselves, the people around them, and their organizations.

Simultaneously, the company has designed Leadercast Solo, another subscription package. It is for individuals who want to take online courses from thought leaders and assessments to figure out their best leadership style. They get access to a vast library of over 1200 videos.
