I believe effective leadership not only fosters a healthy workplace but translates into an improved persona at home, when being around friends, and socializing within communities worldwide,” says Kelly Kocher, president, Leadercast.

Collaborating with progress-driven people from businesses, non-profit organizations, religious organizations, and educational institutions across the globe, Leadercast enables them to grow leadership skills. It creates empathetic leaders who inspire the people around them and drive them toward success. This plays a vital role in solving the human capital-related problems that most modern organizations face.

“We are built on the mission to fill the world with leaders worth following,” says Joe Boyd, CEO, Leadercast.

It organizes global events centered on the human element of leadership, and each event has an underlying theme. These events are broadcasted live to a global audience and recorded and made available for groups to stream within their own organizations.

Leadercast invites some of the world’s most current and prominent thought leaders to its events and curates content on various leadership topics. These speakers range from leadership experts and published authors, who are well-known for their thought-provoking ideas, to sports figures, actors, and people who have started inspirational non-profit organizations. This year’s main event is named Leadercast Human Intelligence. Two additional events will be produced this year, named Leadercast Super Teams and Leadercast Spark.

Along with hosting events, Leadercast offers individual and group subscriptions which provide access to its world-class events, along with many other development tools.

Leadercast creates many of its tools through interviews with every event speaker, podcast guest and expert author, and its in-house video production department creates engaging videos and coursework. These videos are available as part of a membership subscription package called Leadercast Teams.

“The subscription bundle includes point-and-click meeting starters, lunch-and-learn sessions, team journeys, assessments, and a vast library of over 1,200 videos on various leadership subjects recorded outside events. The content is keyword tagged and categorized to help members easily find their preferred topics,” says Boyd.

The program is specifically designed for groups ranging from a few to thousands of people. It provides resources that teams can go through in small groups to learn how to work better together. After completion, individuals benefit from practical takeaways, which can be implemented to help themselves, the people around them, and their organizations.

Simultaneously, the company has designed Leadercast Solo, another subscription package. It is for individuals who want to take online courses from thought leaders and assessments to figure out their best leadership style. They get access to a vast library of over 1200 videos.

By licensing Leadercast’s content and streaming it to their audience, corporate and non-profits can also host successful and lucrative fundraising events without the burden of paying for expensive speakers. Consequently, it brings valuable insights and inspiration to the audience. For example, a non-profit organization has been using Leadercast’s content for over 15 years, and their event is consistently the most successful fundraiser of the year.

Each big event by Leadercast has a live audience of less than a thousand, but tens of thousands of people watch it virtually worldwide. In parallel, most organizations watch these simulcasted events together with their teams at the same time. In this way, Leadercast is committed to creating inspiring experiences for individuals, groups, leaders, and organizations.
