In one instance, a very large corporation wanted to enhance its breakroom services and institute an Employee Wellness Program. Considering the project’s magnitude, Guardian Refresh met with their client quarterly to review measurable results and analytics. This allowed Guardian Refresh and the client to gather insights and improve the strategy accordingly.

They discovered after the first quarterly review that only 15 percent of the employees chose healthy options. But both Guardian Refresh and the client kept bolstering their strategies. Three years later, nearly 85 percent of employees follow a healthy diet. Today, the client has invested in more value-added wellness services, like paid gym memberships for employees.
