In critical short notice situations, where a company needs a short-term payroll manager, for example to replace a key team member going out on maternity leave, Geneva has proved itself as the resource “enabler” by attracting and retaining talented resources. Recently, Geneva helped one of its clients in the public sector. The client had experienced considerable employee turnover during the project due to scale and complexity, but Geneva Consulting was able to provide a project manager who leveraged his knowledge to meet the scheduled go-live date.
