This conducive environment fosters innovation, recognizes diverse contributions, and prioritizes the individual within a dynamic, supportive culture.Employees are rethinking their relationship with work following the recent disruptions created by the pandemic and economic slowdown. We have seen a very positive impact on these efforts globally as well as in the region. Some of the recent interventions include our holistic wellness framework, international teleworking approach, leadership journey maps, and a refreshed inclusion-first approach to DEI.At GBS India, we have various initiatives focused on driving our diversity agenda resulting in tangible changes to our metrics on the ground.ENHANCING EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE: To enhance the employee experience, companies need to Sense, Seek, Link, and turn complex data into actionable insights. Companies need to move beyond simple office perks and feedback loops to convert these fragmented pulses into a continuous dialogue. · Sense: Using behavioral analytics tools, companies can assess and evaluate a group's bonding level and burnout risk. · Seek: Real-time feedback from employees is crucial following major life events and organizational changes. · Link: By correlating employee data across various parameters with feedback received, companies can identify pockets of concern and take action. · Actionable Insights: Companies need to analyze trends, forecast future performance, correlate data with industry best practices, and priorities actions based on impact. · Creating Moments that Matter (MtM): Employees remember the key moments that matter to them during their employment journey.
