One of Profit.co's clients, having about 140 employees, was facing a severe problem of not being able to achieve targets. "Although they tried to get projects completed within a set target, they were unable to accomplish the tasks," says Gerald. "A larger proportion of the problem was that the company intended to overcommit, not focusing on things that matter at present." As a cure to the issue, Profit.co provided a methodical solution to the client, wherein it conducted weekly checks of the OKR set. With Profit.co, the client succeeded in keeping track of its targets, thereby resulting in substantial turnaround.Profit.co recently opened one of its offices in Singapore and will soon be launching another in the UAE.
